This milestone, celebrated on August 27, 2025, at ASELSAN’s Ogulbey Technology Base near Ankara, marks a significant advancement in Türkiye’s air defense capabilities, reinforcing national security with a domestically developed, AI-supported system.
The delivery of the Çelik Kubbe (Steel Dome) components, valued at over $460 million and consisting of 47 vehicles, has been completed by ASELSAN. The components include:
- 3 HİSAR O+ 100 Air Defense System (with 21 vehicles)
- 1 SİPER Air Defense System (with 10 vehicles)
- ALP 300-G / 100-G Air Defense Search Radar
- 7 PUHU 3-LT Mobile V/UHF Electronic Support System
- 2 REDET Electronic Warfare System
- KORKUT 150/35 and 130/35 Air Defense System
